A young man with a good career loses his grip on it. An active man starts sleeping long and odd hours. A businessman starts neglecting his business. A professional finds his profession not worthwhile. A housewife stops looking after her house and children. Someone behaves in a queer way, and somebody speaks beside the point. A person starts crying or laughing for no apparent reason or gets angry and aggressive. And then there is someone who starts doubting the very purpose of living. There could be imaginary voices, imaginary scenes, smells, tastes and what not.
